The Cottages at Old Greenwood

P|8 was approached by the fractional townhomes association to assist with a restructuring of this group of assets into a P|8 owned and operated hospitality asset that will further enhance the resort ecosystem within the Old Greenwood community. Over 2+ years our team worked with the association board and 450+ existing owners to formulate a restructuring plan that allows for long term viability and success. The result is a compilation of luxury hospitality cottages adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus designed Old Greenwood championship golf course and amenitized by Tahoe Mountain Club.
