P|8 performed as the owner rep. responsible for execution of the project including, project management, permitting and construction management. Assisted client navigate a myriad of project delivery and regulatory challenges to allow for the successful completion and sale of this estate perched above Crystal Bay, Lake Tahoe. Fun Fact: While this project is technically a residence, it required commercial-grade execution including the setting of the funicular gondola track with a Blackhawk helicopter.
