P|8 is responsible for overall oversight of the project including, design, permitting, project management and construction management. This iconic estate residence has sweeping views of Lake Tahoe from the south shore to Incline Village and Mt. Rose beyond. Fun Fact: The infinity edge pool/spa sit at the edge a +/- 100' drop to lake level.
