The PlumpJack Inn is proposed as an iconic mixed-use redevelopment at the base of Palisades Tahoe, home of the 1960 Olympics. The project will include 60 hotel keys and 34 residences with subterranean parking and a full suite or resort amenities including the PlumpJack restaurant.
