Hillary MacLean has over 10 years of experience overseeing all phases of multimillion dollar construction projects. She has extensive experience in estimating, buyout, subcontract management, project cost control, change order management, owner billings, subcontractor invoices, preconstruction services, and project closeout activities. Hillary is skilled in the day-to-day liaison between the owner and management of the engineer, architect, and all consultants. She creates and tracks project schedules and prepares complete cost estimates, ensuring that all project scopes are accounted for on time and on budget. After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Hillary began her full time career with C.C. Myers, Inc. building bridges across Northern California, including many well known bridges in the San Francisco Bay area such as the Benicia Bridge and the Bay Bridge. As a Project Manager with Webcor Builders, Hillary built Towers in San Francisco including the Millennium Tower, and the second Tower at 1 Rincon Hill. Hillary’s final Webcor projects in San Francisco before moving her family to Truckee in 2016 include the planning and pre-construction for both the Moscone Center Expansion and the Mexican Museum.
