Edmunds Lofts

Edmunds Lofts is a twelve-unit, fully deed-restricted attainable housing development in the Town of Truckee, California. Developed and owned by Edmunds Partners, LLC, a joint venture between Paradigm8 (P|8) and Blair Porteous of sagemodern, the project is purpose-built to serve local workers who live and are employed within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District (TTUSD) boundary. The project targets a segment of our workforce that is often overlooked — households earning too much to qualify for low-income housing programs, yet unable to compete for market-rate homes in our community. Every loft is deed-restricted, securing long-term affordability and availability for this critical segment of the local workforce.
