Village Walk Skyline

Village Walk Skyline is a collection of 22 high-end townhomes designed with contemporary architecture located adjacent to The Village at Northstar in North Lake Tahoe. P|8 is responsible for end-to-end investment delivery and strategic oversight of the project including project and construction management, along with financial management. The project is built with a combination of onsite and offsite construction and each residence contains four modular units that are delivered to the site from Bellingham, WA with everything from cabinets to flooring to countertops and tile already installed.
